When can I move in?
You can move your belongings in anytime during our gate hours of 6am-9pm Sun-Sat. You will need to complete all new move-in paperwork before you are given access to the unit.
Do you require a notice to vacate when moving out?
We do not require any notice for move out. Your contract must be complete, and all belongings (including your lock) must be removed. Rent must be paid for the vacating month and we do not prorate at move out.
What documentation do you require for renting?
We require a government issued ID (drivers license, state ID, or passport), a full social security number, and insurance coverage for your belongings. Ask about our insurance coverage policies in office or provide your own policy at the time of move in.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, our leases are on a month-to-month basis. We are first of the month billing, we do require a full first month and any prorated months to be fulfilled.
How do I make my payment?
Our office is open 7 days a week to process payments. We offer a free autopay program to have payments automatically deducted from a credit/debit card. We accept payments by mail. You may also make a payment online or by phone. To reach our payment line for North Foothills call 509-209-9627. North Market call 509-315-3821. West Plains call 509-209-9625.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept traveler’s checks.
When is my payment due?
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Any payments made after the 6th of the month will incur a late fee.
Where can I purchase moving supplies?
Our office has a variety of moving and storage supplies for sale including boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and much more. Visit the office to browse our merchandise.
How much space do I need?
Use our storage calculator for a recommendation on a size that will fit your belongings or call our office staff for assistance. Each facility has a demonstration room to give you a visual of the unit sizes.
What can I NOT store in my unit?
We do not allow food or beverages of any kind, combustibles, explosives, flammable liquids, illegal substances, or toxic materials. Please contact us with any questions regarding a specific item.
How do I get into my unit after office hours?
After completing all move-in paperwork, you will be given your gate code. This code will get you in and out of the facility between gate hours 6am-9pm (7 days a week). Locks are required for all units and available for purchase in the office.
Do you have handcarts or dollies available for use?
Yes! Please inquire in the office for assistance.
How can I reserve the FREE* moving truck?
Call the office to reserve one of our moving trucks for move-in. We recommend reserving a few days in advance to secure the rental. Truck rentals are only available Mon-Sat during office hours.
