• Can I rent a storage space online?
  • Of course! It is a part of our Bellman Service to you. Call us at 1.866.433.8838 and we will walk you through the steps.
• When can I access my storage space?
  • You have access to your space 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please refer to your store location for gate access hours.
• Can I give access to my storage space to other people?
  • Yes! It is your space; you choose who can access it.
• Is there security?
  • Absolutely! Not only do you have an individually alarmed storage space, but there is also key pad gate entry and 24 hours a day video surveillance.
• Can I have large truck deliveries?
  • Our gates and lanes are designed for easy access by large trucks.
• Do you have boxes, tape and packing supplies?
  • We carry a large variety both in our store and online. Online Store
• Do you have a moving truck?
  • As part of our Bellman Service, we offer you free truck rental with move-in. Please call our friendly staff at 4th & Eastern, 509.326.7867 or at North Foothills, 509.456.7368.
• Do you have a moving cart or hand truck available?
  • Yes! Carts and hand trucks are available for your convenience. Ask our wonderful staff for assistance.
• Will I be able to pay online?
  • Once you are our customer, you will have exclusive access to your account online.
